Snaps From the Project

ONE CHARACTER. MANY FRAMES. ONE IDENTITY.
Consistency is one of the key challenges in AI-driven visual production.
For this study, we developed a single character and explored how her identity could remain recognizable across different compositions, camera angles, poses, details and environments.
CHARACTER FOUNDATION
The process begins with a clearly defined visual identity. Facial features, styling, wardrobe and overall appearance establish the foundation for every image that follows.
CONSISTENCY ACROSS ANGLES
A character should remain recognizable beyond a single hero portrait. Front views, profiles, three-quarter angles and rear perspectives all need to feel part of the same visual world.
PREMIUM DETAIL
Consistency also extends to materials and close-ups. Fabric texture, skin, accessories and garment details help create the level of realism required for premium campaign imagery.
FROM PORTRAIT TO LOCATION
Once the character is established, the same identity can move beyond the studio into completely different environments and editorial situations without losing visual continuity.
FROM CHARACTER SHEET TO CAMPAIGN
A consistent character system makes it possible to build an entire visual campaign from one creative foundation — from portraits and product details to location imagery and selected visuals that can later be brought into motion.
This creates a more flexible production workflow with fewer logistical limitations, faster iteration and a consistent visual identity across the complete campaign. Das entspricht auch genau der Aussage eures Ausgangstextes: Character Sheet → Campaign Imagery → Motion → Advertising Content.
